Change is Simple, Right?

Change is something we all have to "learn" how to do if we want to grow as individuals. Habits are the particular aspect of change that make change seem so dreadful. These natural inclinations are learned as a result of repeated behavior. Although words like "habit" and "change" sound innocuous enough, when it comes time to actually depart from habits, an internal battle ensues.

The good news is that if you have chosen anything besides going with your habit, you have already reached the most important aspect of change. You have come to realize that a change of habit is preferred. You need to find something that is simple and sustainable. But it can be very difficult to figure out just what to do.
